Order Processing & Shipping Information
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. During peak periods (e.g., promotions, holidays), minor delays may occur. If such issues arise, we will contact you via email or phone to provide an update.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Shipping time refers to the duration from when your order leaves our fulfillment center to its arrival at the destination:
- Standard Delivery: 7–15 business days
- Expedited Delivery: 3–7 business days
3. Estimated Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time is the sum of processing time and shipping time:
- Standard Shipping: 8–18 business days (1–3 days processing + 7–15 days shipping)
- Expedited Shipping: 4–10 business days (1–3 days processing + 3–7 days shipping)
4. Refund Processing
- Unshipped Orders: Refunds will be processed within 1–5 business days.
- Shipped Orders: Refunds will be processed after the returned items are received at our warehouse, which may take 7–14 days or longer.
If you haven’t received your refund as expected, please contact us via email for assistance.
5. Shipping Fees & Eligibility
Shipping Destinations: Available to Australia, Canada, the U.S., and worldwide.

Note: Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs delays) may occasionally cause delivery delays beyond our control.
6. Order Confirmation & Tracking
After your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.
7. Damage & Loss Liability
We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
- Retain all original packaging materials for inspection.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
To cancel an order or make changes, contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, we will attempt to intercept it, but success is not guaranteed. Reach out to us via email for assistance.
9. Promotions & Holiday Delays
During promotional periods or public holidays (when our fulfillment center is closed), processing times may be extended. Please allow extra time for order fulfillment during these periods.
